I designed an HR admin dashboard to offer a holistic view of crucial HR metrics and processes.
Dashboard Home
The dashboard home features essential metrics including total employees, new hires, job views, and job applications. It also provides an attendance overview, showcasing the working format with the percentage of employees working from home versus the office. Additionally, it includes a section for permission requests from employees.
Employees Page
The Employees page displays vital employee information such as their name, email, role, contact details, and assigned teams.
Attendance Page
The Attendance page features the employee work schedule, showcasing the date, employee name and role, check-in time, check-out time, and any overtime worked. Additionally, it includes a section for permission requests, displaying the employee's name, employee ID, permission details, duration, and an action button to approve or reject. Accepted and rejected requests are also clearly indicated for easy reference.
Payroll Page
The Payroll page provides a comprehensive overview of all payroll-related activities. Here, HR administrators can efficiently manage various aspects of employee compensation and disbursement processes. From tracking disbursements to monitoring payment statuses, the Payroll page offers a centralized platform for ensuring timely and accurate payroll management. With intuitive navigation and detailed insights, this page streamlines payroll operations, empowering HR professionals to effectively oversee financial transactions and uphold organizational financial integrity.
